Position Overview:

DROGA PHARMA PLC was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation.

Droga Physiotherapy Specialty Clinic is the biggest physiotherapy clinic in Ethiopia with experienced and expert physiotherapists which mainly focuses on latest technique and technologies to improve customer’s health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post social media content

• Assist in video production (patient stories, testimonials)

• Design promotional materials (flyers, posters)

• Monitor online engagement

• Assist in organizing community outreach events

• Regular physician office visits

• Regular corporate clients follow ups

• Support promotional campaigns

• Coordinate printing and distribution of materials

• Collect competitor information

• Conduct patient feedback surveys

• Support data entry and reporting

• Track marketing expenses

• Maintain marketing database

• Prepare weekly activity reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Health Science, or related feilds

• 0–1 years of relevant experience as Marketer is advantegeous
