What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys to understand customer preferences, buying behavior, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain a marketing intelligence database, capturing trends in domestic, diaspora, and export markets.
- Analyze customer segmentation data to guide targeted promotional campaigns.
- Provide demand forecasts for products, supporting marketing and procurement planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing post-campaign analysis and recommendations’
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or consumer insights
Relevant Experience: Experience in retail or cultural commerce markets is an advantage

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field
