• Professional Experience: 3–5+ years of proven marketing, sales, and business development experience—specifically within catering, hospitality, corporate events, or food service sectors.

Job Requirements

• Core Competencies & Requirements:

• B2B & Corporate Sales: Proactive lead generation, corporate outreach, client pitches, proposal creation, and commercial contract negotiations for recurring catering contracts.

• Brand & Event Marketing: Developing multi-channel promotional campaigns, digital/social media strategy, portfolio showcases, and brand visibility around seasonal event peaks.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Managing accounts from initial inquiry through contract finalization and post-event feedback to drive client retention and referrals.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Tracking local market trends, benchmarking event pricing against competitors, and identifying emerging market demands (e.g., weddings, corporate retreats, institutional dining).
