Job Title: Show Host / On-Camera Presenter
Reports To: Executive Producer / Marketing Manager
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic, confident, and highly articulate Female Show Host to become the face and voice of our platform. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional on-camera presence, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to connect authentically with a diverse audience. You will guide the flow of the program, manage guest dynamics, and collaborate with production to deliver engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Hosting: Act as the lead presenter for live or recorded episodes, introducing segments, and driving the narrative flow.

• Interviews & Panel Management: Prepare for, guide, and conduct high-energy interviews with guests, experts, and influencers.

• Content Collaboration: Partner with producers, scriptwriters, and editors to brainstorm episode concepts, review scripts, and develop show angles.

• Audience Engagement: Deliver monologues or promotional messaging clearly and maintain high-energy levels to optimize viewer retention.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the network/brand professionally at corporate events, press junkets, or cross-promotions.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in TV hosting, podcasting, radio, public speaking, or digital content creation.

• On-Camera Skills: Demonstrated ability to read off a teleprompter, improvise naturally under pressure, and control tone and body language.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
