Bezaw Curbside P.L.C. is seeking a ruthless, results-driven Merchant Acquisition Manager to lead the expansion of our "Addis Drive-Thru" merchant network. You will identify and secure partnerships with top-tier supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and cafés across Addis Ababa.

This is not a desk job. This role requires a hands-on business development professional who can confidently approach business owners, negotiate commercial agreements, and convert cold prospects into active, revenue-generating merchants. You will oversee the acquisition pipeline, monitor frontline team performance, and guarantee the company's growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and negotiate high-value partnerships with business owners.
• Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations
• Lead and coordinate the junior acquisition team (prospecting, follow-ups, and contract signing).
• Oversee merchant registration, MoR documentation, onboarding, and activation.
• Establish acquisition targets, manage the pipeline, and report directly to Executive Management.

Salary: 30,000 ETB Gross / Monthly + Aggressive Performance Incentives

Experience Level: Senior (3+ Years)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Management)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or corporate partnership management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive sales targets and negotiate with Addis Ababa business owners.
• Willingness to conduct continuous field visits across the city.
• Fluency in Amharic (Required) and strong English proficiency.
• Strong initiative, integrity, and a strict results-oriented mindset.

Performance Expectations:

• You will be evaluated strictly on signed partnership agreements, merchant activation rates, and marketplace growth.
