Multi-Skilled Technician Supervisor

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications & Experience

• Level III Certificate from a recognized Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution in Maintenance, Electrical Work, Carpentry, Water Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; OR

Level IV Certificate in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or in a similar position.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Practical skills and knowledge in:
• • General maintenance
  • Electrical systems and repairs
  • Carpentry/woodwork
  • Plumbing and water pipeline installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and support technical operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-confidence and professional attitude.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
