Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or with related field of study

Experience :

• 1-2 year

• Work experience in the garment industry is preferred.

Quantity Required: 1

Working Condition: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities：

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid for workplace injuries and health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate employee medical records and health documentation.

• Conduct employee health assessments and monitor health conditions.

• Coordinate with external healthcare providers.

• Support workplace health surveillance and employee wellness programs.

• Educate employees on occupational health, safety, and preventive practices.

• Participate in workplace health and safety risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.

• Support health-related audits and contribute to occupational health policy development
