Job Summary:

The Operation Manager will oversee and coordinate the organization’s daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, effective resource utilization, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The role involves operational planning, staff supervision, performance monitoring, and managing operational risks while ensuring members’ needs and requirements are effectively addressed.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in operations management.
• Experience in a SACCO or financial institution is required.
