Job Summary

We are seeking two motivated and customer-oriented female Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our construction materials supply company. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling construction materials, identifying potential customers, developing relationships with contractors and construction companies, and expanding the company’s customer base. Applicants should have a background in Marketing, Sales, Accounting, or Economics, along with basic computer skills and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, construction companies, real estate developers, hardware stores, and individual builders.

• Promote and sell the company’s construction materials to prospective customers.

• Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and other potential customer locations to generate sales opportunities.

• Provide customers with accurate information about available construction materials, prices, and product specifications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and outstanding sales opportunities.

• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities and pricing.

• Maintain records of customer contacts, sales activities, orders, and daily field reports using basic computer applications.

• Coordinate with the sales and supply teams to support timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and expanding the company’s market reach.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Economics

• Experience: Minimum of 0 years for diploma holders or 1 year for bachelor’s degree holders. Experience in outdoor sales or construction materials sales is an advantage.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Good organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.

• Willingness to visit construction sites and travel within the assigned sales area.
