Job Summary

The Pharmaceutical Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and healthcare-related products to hospitals, wholesalers, clinics, health centers, private healthcare providers, and other relevant customers like NGOs and Faith Based Organizations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Pharmacy

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Develop and implement territory-based sales plans in line with the company's overall business strategy.

• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.

• Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and other healthcare products.

• Develop data base for new customers like hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, distributors, and other healthcare institutions.

• Maintain and expand existing customer data base.

• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in accordance with company procedures.

• Follow up on orders from placement through delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Support the company in participating in tenders and institutional sales opportunities.

• Collect and report relevant market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

• Identify potential high-volume customers and new market segments.

• Monitor changes in procurement practices and market demand.

• Provide recommendations to management regarding new products, pricing, market opportunities, and sales strategies.
