Review fuel usage of each truck and take corrective action.
Maximize fleet availability by coordinating between fleet maintenance and distribution team.
Generate delivery reports on time and give analysis on delivery performance.
Give clear information on timely manner for sales team and all concerned parties. On delivery status, payment (deposit status), loading/offloading of product at the customer warehouse, any issues related with delivery.
Develop weekly and monthly report on delivery, fuel usage by truck, per dime payment, km travelled and delivery, cost to deliver.
