Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient production, manage equipment performance, and maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and proven experience in crusher plant operations or related industries such as cement manufacturing, mining, and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing resources, minimizing operational downtime, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily plant operations to ensure efficient production and achievement of operational targets.

• Supervise plant personnel, assign responsibilities, and ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.

• Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, manpower, and other resources to improve productivity and control operating costs.

• Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve plant performance and efficiency.

• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of plant equipment.

• Monitor production output, quality standards, and operational costs to support business objectives.

• Prepare regular operational reports on production performance, equipment status, maintenance, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Automotive or Electromechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in plant operations or management, particularly in crusher plants, cement factories, mining, construction, or related industrial sectors.

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, crusher plant operations, production processes, and equipment maintenance.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise personnel and coordinate daily operations effectively.

• Good understanding of equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and operational planning.

• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and reporting skills.
