Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in product development, market research, product improvement, or related activities.

• Ability to identify market opportunities and customer needs.

• Knowledge of market and competitor analysis, product positioning, and pricing.

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments.

• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.

• Strong teamwork, coordination, and reporting skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
