Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain deep insight into the HBB market in Ethiopia, develop business strategies, and support the achievement of market targets.

• Manage the installed base and improve the HBB market landscape by expanding market opportunities, identifying key opportunities, and driving successful project operations.

• Develop target network planning and network construction strategies to achieve order, market share, and profitability targets.

• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and expansion of HBB products and solutions.

• Conduct marketing activities, develop leads and opportunities, and expand the market presence.

• Understand customer requirements and pain points, guide product and solution planning and implementation, and strengthen market competitiveness.
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, ICT, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, telecommunications, ICT, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian telecommunications or broadband market is an advantage.

• Strong communication, business development, customer management, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
