Production Manager

Job Description

Our sister company Wakene Food Complex is looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Production Manager, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. The role ensures production targets are achieved in compliance with food safety, quality, SHE, and regulatory requirements while optimizing resources, equipment, and manpower.

Job Requirements

First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Food Processing Engineering, Food Science and Technology or related filed of studies with a minimum of 5 years experience out of which 3 years hands-on supervisory capacity experience in manufacturing environment specifically in Food Processing Industry. (Must have an exposure of milling experience).
