Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for projects. The role will work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Strategy & Customer Collaboration: Understand customer requirements, align supply strategies with business objectives, and coordinate production and sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Contracts & Solutions: Support bidding and contract negotiations, develop supply terms and solutions, and ensure that project contracts are supplyable and successfully executed.

• Planning & Execution: Integrate project master plans, manage supply and demand, and coordinate shipping, customs, and other supply-chain activities to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

• Logistics & Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable trade, customs, and logistics requirements and manage potential supply-chain risks.

• Business Continuity: Identify and manage supply continuity risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans to ensure resilient project operations.

• Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources, including suppliers, logistics providers, and project teams, to achieve project supply objectives.

• Cost & Inventory Management: Drive efficient inventory management, optimize supply costs, and ensure strong internal controls and operational compliance.

• Performance Management: Monitor supply-chain performance and take corrective actions to achieve project targets and customer commitments.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related area.

• Experience in project-based supply chain management and end-to-end delivery.

• Strong understanding of demand/supply planning, logistics, shipping, and customs processes.

• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of trade compliance and supply-chain risk management is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international project environment.
