Position: PURCHASER

Department: Supply Chain                                            Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Quantity Required: 2(Two)                                          Employment Type: Full-Time        

Experience: Minimum 3 or more

Job Purpose

To manage procurement of all assigned food and beverage categories, ensuring continuous supply, food safety compliance, competitive pricing, and timely delivery to all company outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Receive Purchase Requisitions, Source qualified food suppliers, Obtain competitive quotations, Negotiate prices and supply agreements, Prepare Purchase Orders, Monitor supplier deliveries, Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 or more experience in procurement and property management

• Basic understanding of purchasing principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Hotel industry is advantageous.
