Job Requirements

• Minimum of BA/BSC/MA/MSC PhD Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management and other related fields of studies.

Training Skills

• Good interpersonal, investment management, middle management, and communication skills are required for the position. Additionally, two weeks of competency training in the relevant field are required.

Experience

• 6/5/3 years' relevant work experiences in  non-Engineering or 5/4/3 years relevant work experiences in Engineering out of which 3/2/1 years in managerial
