Elysian Hotel and Guest House is a newly established hospitality facility in Addis Ababa, featuring 45 guest rooms, a lobby bar, a breakfast service area, a gym, a spa, and a terrace. We are seeking dedicated, professional, customer-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Successful candidates will contribute to delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our hotel.

Receptionist
Job Summary: Welcome guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and provide efficient front desk services throughout the guest’s stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and booking inquiries.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and policies.
Maintain guest records and ensure the confidentiality of guest information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding guest needs.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office applications.
Professional appearance, courtesy, and a customer-focused attitude.
