Route To Market Coordinator /RTM Coordinator/

Job Description

• Route Planning: Develop and optimize delivery routes based on factors such as location, traffic patterns, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.

• Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics partners, including transportation companies and warehouses, to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of our products.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels at distribution centers and retail outlets to prevent stock outs and overstock situations. Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

• Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery inquiries, order tracking, and resolution of delivery issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and effective problem-solving.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze distribution metrics such as delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to transportation, safety, and quality standards.

• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate shipments, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery routes, and inventory levels. Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal use or regulatory purposes.

Job Requirements

Education:
BA Degree in Marketing /Management/ Business Management/ Economics or Related Fields.

Experience:
A Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, Including at least 2 years in A supervisory or managerial position, of which 2 years must be in the beverage industry.
