Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales to drive sales growth by prospecting new customers, managing leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers/leads
• Promote products/services and explain benefits to customers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Record all leads and sales activities in the CRM/spreadsheets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Good negotiation and customer handling skills
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• certificate of completed sales training.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, sales, Business administration, Management, or a related filed.
•  Candidates with sales experience in supermarket encouraged  to apply and sales training is mandatory.
