PCM Digitally Enabled Customer Support Service is expanding its sales operation in Addis Ababa, and we are looking for talented Sales Agents to join our growing team.

🎯 What You Will Do

As a Sales Agent, you will:

• Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.

• Present products and services confidently and professionally.

• Handle questions, concerns, and objections.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in our CRM.

• Manage scheduled follow-ups and appointments.

• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Consistently improve your sales techniques through coaching and feedback.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and the wider sales team.

• Follow company sales procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Grade 12 or above.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Ability to learn and work with CRM systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, call centers, customer service, or business development is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without previous sales experience are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills and the right attitude.
