• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

• Lead promotional activities and campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility and brand presence.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Manage the sales team and coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets.

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, and online travel platforms.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven more than three years’ experience in sales and marketing manager position within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
