Job Description
• Position Pitron's core banking offer for each segment (SACCOs, microfinance institutions and banks) with the message, the package and the commercial argument that fits it.
• Recommend the packages and pricing the market will buy, such as core banking on its own or combined with financial operations software or mobile banking, and present the case to management for approval.
• Build and manage a named list of target institutions: the system each one runs today, when it is due for replacement or upgrade, and who decides.

• Sell across all four lines of work: implementation, migration, upgrade and support.
• Run the full sales cycle: first meeting, discovery, demonstration with the technical team, proposal, tender response, negotiation and signed contract.
• Build working relationships with general managers, chief executives, IT heads and board members of target institutions.
• Follow every deal through to payment, record every lead, meeting and deal in the company system, and report weekly on pipeline and forecast
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions, with a record of closing high value deals. • Ability to sell. This role carries a revenue target. • Sound understanding of how banks, microfinance institutions and SACCOs operate: accounts, savings, loans, branches and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, long sales cycles, formal procurement and tenders. Experience with Temenos is an advantage. • Proven ability to turn a product into a clear offer: a customer segment, a message, a package and a price.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills at executive and board level.
• Existing relationships with the management of SACCOs, microfinance institutions or banks are a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Amharic and English. An additional local language is an advantage
