Sales Executives (Digital Platforms)

Job Summary

On behalf of our clients we are looking for motivated, target-driven Sales Executives to promote digital platforms serving the hospitality and events industries. The role involves identifying and signing hotels, guesthouses, and event vendors, guiding new partners through onboarding, and providing initial support after launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential business partners, demonstrate the platforms, and close partnership deals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM/tracker.
• Collect business documents, photos, pricing, and other information required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure partners are successfully onboarded and launched.
• Train partners to use the platforms and manage bookings or customer requests.
• Handle routine partner support issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience in IT, software, digital platforms, hospitality, events, or telecom sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Amharic and good English is required.
• Comfortable with field sales, business visits, and working toward targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn digital platforms, dashboards, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling customer concerns professionally.
