JOB VACANCY: SALES MANAGER – ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EVs)

Addis Power Motors is seeking a qualified, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our electric vehicle sales operations and drive business growth in Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Lead, train, and manage the sales team.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop corporate, fleet, and individual customer relationships.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Manage customer relationships, negotiations, and sales performance reporting.

• Coordinate with the after-sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Automotive sales experience is highly preferred; EV industry experience is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.

• Proficiency in English and Amharic; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
