The Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Representative to win new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and promote our services in the market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business prospects such as importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders

• Present and sell our freight and logistics services, and prepare quotations and proposals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Follow up on leads and negotiate rates and contracts

• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Plan and carry out marketing activities, including social media, brochures, networking events, and email outreach

• Track market trends and competitor activity

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• [1-3] years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of freight services and import/export processes (an advantage)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong customer focus
