Job Overview

TRANSSION Ethiopia is looking for dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives for the following locations: Gambella, Asosa, Metu, Assela, and Harar. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, expanding market reach, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct customer needs analysis to identify suitable products and solutions.

• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits.

• Address customer concerns and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timelines.

• Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.

• Analyze market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare sales reports.

• Provide management with updates on customer needs, challenges, and market opportunities.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and promotional activities.

• Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and professional development.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales and marketing position.

• Previous experience in mobile phone sales and mobile accessories is highly valued.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel and meet customers when required.
