We are looking for 17 energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Officers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets. • Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, with additional performance-based incentives/commission may apply based on company policy and achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and sales opportunities.

• Convert qualified leads into customers.

• Present and explain products/services clearly and professionally.

• Conduct field and/or direct sales activities.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

• Report daily and weekly sales activities and results.

• Work closely with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams.

• Represent the company professionally.
