Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Greet customer in a friendly manner listen to their needs, and recommend daily specials.

• Accurately take food and juice orders, clearly communicate them to kitchen and ensure timely delivery to the right customer,

• Work closely and communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. 

• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Follow up customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with team members to improve marketing and sales strategies

• Achieve monthly assigned sales targets, prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) in Marketing or sales, Business administration, computer science, hospitality management or a related field

Experience: Zero year experience for degree and 2 years’ experience for diploma

Skills & Competencies

• Client Follow-up, Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Adaptability, attention to details and work under pressure

• Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.a platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
