Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience (real estate sales experience is a strong advantage).

• Confident in dealing with clients, working toward targets, and maintaining active sales pipelines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
• BA/BSc Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a dedicated team of sales representatives, driving daily pipeline activities, monitoring conversion metrics, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met while actively contributing to social media and digital marketing execution.
