What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify, engage, and secure prospective buyers through diligent and strategic sales Efforts.

• Promote product through effective presentations, negotiations, and market-driven sales strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Forward all qualified leads, client information, and sales-related data to the company in a timely and accurate manner

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 3 years & above

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Word: Word, Excel, Power point

• Proficient computer skills

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

• Highly self-motivated, target driven, and results-oriented.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing Management.

• Salary: Competitive salary, negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualification

• Work Location: This position is based at Addis Ababa
