Job Requirements

Education:

• 12th grade completed or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gross Salary: ETB 6,165 per month plus 0.5 commission

Work Arrangement:

• One working day per week at the office for meetings, reporting, and sales planning.

• The remaining working days will be dedicated to outdoor field sales, promoting and selling the companies products and services to businesses and organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.

• Present and promote the companies products and services.

• Conduct client visits and sales presentations.

• Follow up with prospective customers.

• Maintain daily sales reports.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

• Meet assigned sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and professional.

• Willingness to travel for outdoor sales activities.
