About the Opportunity

Maleda's Internship programmed is designed to give fresh graduates hands-on, practical exposure to the sales function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining real-world skills in customer engagement, product knowledge, market development, and sales operations. This is a genuine opportunity to build a foundation for a long-term career in the manufacturing and sales industry.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

BA Degree in any field of study
0 years of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Cumulative GPA of above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
Year of Graduation: 2025/26 or later
Age: not more than 25 years
Ability to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
Strong willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Willingness to sign the internship program agreement
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
Prior training or certification related to sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities During the Internship:

Support the sales team in day-to-day customer engagement and relationship management
Learn and apply product knowledge of foam mattresses and plastic product lines
Assist in identifying and following up on sales leads and market opportunities
Participate in on-the-job training sessions and professional development activities
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior staff
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervising sales officer
