·         Lead and coach the SDR team to achieve targets

·         Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback

·          Improve lead generation and prospect qualification strategies

·         Track KPIs and report performance insights

·          Ensure best practices in outbound sales execution Junior

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Experience in SDR leadership or sales management

• Fluent in English

• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales development

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

 Working Hours

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
