Security Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations at our franchised hotel. If you have a strong background in hotel security management and are committed to ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff, we want to hear from you!

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with brand standards and local regulations 

• Manage and supervise security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments 

• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary 

• Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches 

• Ensure guest and staff safety at all times 

• Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs 

• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance safety protocols

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Management, social studies, or related field.

• Proven three years’ experience in hotel security management or related field

• Strong leadership and organizational skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

• Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures 

• Relevant certifications (Security License, First Aid/CPR) preferred
