Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area accompanied by a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching certification)

Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years of full-time teaching experience in an internationally recognized curriculum, such as Cambridge International Education, Pearson Edexcel, the International Baccalaureate (IB), the Finnish National Curriculum, or other comparable international curricula.

• Experience teaching in an international school setting, especially international community schools.

• Experience integrating educational technology and innovative teaching practices into the classroom.

• Exceptional, near-native proficiency in written and spoken English, with outstanding academic writing, presentation, and communication skills
