Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance, or with related field of study.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience

• Experience with a Cenet system or other hospitality management system is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory management, and month-end close processes.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and detailed accruals to explain deviations from budget.

• Monitor and control costs across all areas, including rooms, juice bar, and salad bar and provide actionable insights to improve margins.

• Oversee revenue recognition, occupancy and F&B revenue streams, and pricing impact analyses.
