Position Title: Senior Accountant

• Qty: 1

• Core Responsibilities:

• Manage liquidity, capital adequacy

• Coordinate internal/external financial audits

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Duty Station: Head Office - Bahir Dar

• Salary/Allowance: 37k including Allowances

Job Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance

• Experience Required: 4+ years in banking/MFI, with 2+ years as Head Office Accountant

• Key Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• IFRS 9 & prudential regulatory reporting

• Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

• Treasury, liquidity, & tax management
