Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, driving conceptualization, space planning, and detailed construction documentation.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, present design proposals, and manage expectations.

• Coordinate with structural, Mechanical Electrical, Plumping and civil engineering consultants, as well as contractors during construction administration.

• Leads architectural project teams from conceptual design through construction administration.

• Ensures regulatory and building code compliance

• Conduct site visits, review Request for Information, submittals, and shop drawings, and issue field observation reports.

• Modify existing drawings based on redlines, field measurements, engineer feedback, or client request changes

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• BA in Architecture 

• Registered Architect (RA) / Licensed Architect license is a plus 

Work Experience

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience.

• Experience in real estate sector and high rise apartments is advantageous   

Essential Skills

• Expert level skills in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Micro Station) and MS Office.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

• Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities during construction phases.

• Quick identification of design clashes or structural inconsistencies prior to site execution.

• Ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
