Responsibilities

Maintain vehicle inventory owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs.
Follow-up vehicles maintenance and repair services and the routine cleaning of the vehicle
Performs minor vehicles maintenances
Supervises, coordinates and controls the operation of vehicles fleet & Follow up the effective utilization of company vehicles
Controls the proper use of fuel allocated for each vehicle, makes monthly requisitions and reports
Handles issues with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles.
Handles vehicles insurance follow up and annual inspections tasks
Direct janitorial, cleaning, and security personnel or external service vendors.
Handles tasks related to preventive and occurring maintenance of company’s building facilities
Manage layout plans, workspace allocation, and physical office moves.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field. & Driving License Hezb 1 or Dereja 3 and above
Or Diploma in Auto Mechanics & Driving License Hezb 1 or Dereja 3 and above
Work Experience
Minimum of 7 years proven experience for Diploma Holders and 4 years for degree holders

Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills;
Ability to work in a team
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented
Others requirements
Professional and well-mannered work ethics
Excellent knowledge of motor vehicle functionality
Capable of working under high pressure
