Eco Green Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing P.L.C.
Eco Green is going through an important stage of growth and organizational transformation. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Grant & Strategic Partnerships Officer to strengthen our access to strategic funding, institutional opportunities, and high-value partnerships.
This is not a conventional grant-writing position.
We are looking for a commercially minded, highly experienced professional who understands how to identify opportunities, position an organization, build institutional relationships, develop competitive proposals, and convert relationships into meaningful results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and qualify high-value grant, funding, partnership, and institutional opportunities.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities.
Lead the development of high-quality concept notes, proposals, budgets, and supporting documents.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant international, institutional, development, corporate, and strategic partners.
Represent Eco Green professionally in meetings, negotiations, forums, and partnership discussions.
Research funding trends, institutional priorities, and emerging opportunities.
Work closely with senior management to translate company priorities into compelling funding and partnership opportunities.
Strengthen Eco Green's institutional positioning and external profile.
Monitor opportunities from identification through submission, negotiation, and follow-up.
Develop long-term strategic relationships rather than pursuing one-off opportunities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a proven performer, not simply someone with grant-writing experience.
Advertisement
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in grants, fundraising, development, strategic partnerships,business development, or a related field.
A demonstrated record of successful grant, funding, partnership, or institutional opportunity development.
Strong understanding of international development and funding environments.
Excellent proposal writing, research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong professional network and relationship-building capability.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
High ownership, discretion, persistence, and commercial judgment.
Experience related to agriculture, climate, environment, sustainability, food systems, innovation, or impact-driven businesses will be an advantage.
THE STANDARD WE EXPECT
We are not interested in someone whose main strength is finding calls for proposals and filling application forms.
We want someone who can think:

You should be able to demonstrate what you personally achieved, not only what your previous organization achieved.
