JOB DESCRIPTION
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is currently seeking a qualified Senior HR on behalf of our esteemed client.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee relations, performance management support, and HR administration.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support company growth or restructuring

• Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent

• Provide summarized information and short listed applicants needed for recruitment.

• Maintain updated records of employment, Termination, Promotion, Transfer and any other changes on man power.

• Prepare a monthly report of man power change that occurred during the month.

• Ensure all HR procedures comply with national labor regulations, mitigating legal and cultural risks before they escalate

• Make sure new employees have got their employment letter, job description and H.R rules and regulations book and registration on the Hand Punch on the 1st day of the employment.

• Check employment contracts /employment agreements/ and provide requests for its extension or termination before the completion of the contract.

• Update employees annual leave record every month and provide the report for the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree In Human resource management, Business Management or a related discipline.

•  5 years proven experience in HR role out of which 1+ year at a senior level.
