About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior HR Officer to oversee and strengthen our Human Resources operations. In this role, you will play a key part in the entire employee lifecycle—driving talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Officer/Senior HR Officer or equivalent role. Experience in multi-branch, restaurant, retail, agriculture, manufacturing or other high-volume workforce environments is highly preferred.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, labor law, manpower planning, payroll coordination and HR reporting.

Computer Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency in HRIS, attendance and payroll systems.

Certification:

• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Other:

• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage confidential employee matters professionally.
