Position: Senior Human Resource Officer
Place of work: burayu industrial zone

Employment type: permanent

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for various positions.

• Reference checks, and employment documentation.

• Support management in workforce planning and manpower requirements.

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, complaints, and workplace issues 

• Support HR manager in resolving employee relations matters.

• Assist in evaluating disc

• Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Education: BA degree in Public Administration, Management, Law or Sociology

• Experience: At least 4 years in any private or governmental owned manufacturing companies
