Job Summary

Senior Import/Export Officer apply deep knowledge of import and export goods including customs clearance and documentation. They declare goods that cross the border, inform customers about customs and give advice concerning disputes related to customs legislation.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, or in any other Business related field of study.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.

• Prepare the documents needed and make sure they are delivered to customs.

• Check and process duty and make sure VAT payments are done as applicable.

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain import and export documents and perform other related duties.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to ensure the completeness of the document submission process.
