Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience 

• 3 years relevant work experience in continuous improvement, industrial/factory operations, process improvement, production, performance management, quality management, operations management, audit/compliance improvement

Work Location: Bahirdar

Skills & Competencies

• Kaizen/Lean Management certification.

• Six Sigma training or certification.

• 5S training.

• Project Management training.

• Process Improvement/RCA training.
