Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Analysis Officer

Job Description

The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Analysis Officer will be responsible for strengthening organizational performance monitoring systems, analyzing business data, developing performance insights, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across Droga Group.

This role supports the corporate strategy by monitoring strategic objectives, initiatives, KPIs, and operational performance. The position will also facilitate continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps, providing actionable insights, and supporting departments and business units in achieving their targets.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Strategic Management, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in performance management, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, reporting, or related functions.

• Extensive experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, performance dashboards, management reporting, and translating data into actionable business insights.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data visualization tools, and analytical reporting techniques.

• Deep understanding of strategy execution concepts, including converting strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, monitoring implementation progress, tracking KPIs, and identifying execution gaps along with improvement opportunities.

• In-depth knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, KPI management, strategic plan implementation monitoring, and performance improvement processes.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, department heads, and functional teams to collect, validate, analyze, and communicate performance data.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
