Job Summary

The Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and healthcare-related products to hospitals, wholesalers, clinics, health centers, private healthcare providers, and other relevant customers like NGOs and Faith Based Organizations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Pharmacy

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, product availability, and emerging business opportunities.

• Collect and report relevant market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

• Identify potential high-volume customers and new market segments.

• Monitor changes in procurement practices and market demand.

• Provide recommendations to management regarding new products, pricing, market opportunities, and sales strategies.

• Prepare daily and weekly customer visit reports, sales performance reports and sales forecasts.

• Prepare pipeline updates, customer development reports, market and competitor intelligence reports and tender and business opportunity reports.

• Prepare customer complaint follow-up reports and other sales-related reports requested by management.
