Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of proven sales experience in construction, real estate, concrete admixtures, building materials, or related sectors
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and marketing goals.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in sales and marketing software and CRM tools.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
